Here's where to go for each kind of question, and what to include so we can help on the first reply.
Questions about your application or Rescue HQ
Email hello@aiventureholdings.com or reply to any email we've sent you. Write from the email address you applied with and include:
- Your name
- Your business name
- What you need, in a sentence or two
Common requests:
- Re-send my portal link. We'll send it to the email address on your application. See Using Rescue HQ.
- Fix a typo or update my details. Tell us what to change. Please don't submit a second application; the Terms of Service allow one per business.
- Withdraw my application. You can withdraw at any time. Just ask.
Questions about the rules
Start with the Official Rules. Our contest articles explain them in plain English:

If an article and the Official Rules ever seem to disagree, the Official Rules control. Let us know so we can fix the article.

Privacy and data requests
To access, correct, or delete your information, email hello@aiventureholdings.com. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights. We'll confirm the request comes from you before acting on it.
Unsubscribing
Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us and ask. See the Communications and Consent Policy.

Reporting a problem in the community
If someone is pitching, spamming, or behaving badly in a session or channel, tell the host or email hello@aiventureholdings.com. See the Community Guidelines.
A note on scams
We never charge a fee to apply, and we never ask for payment details, bank logins, or passwords to enter or to receive a prize. If someone claiming to be from AI Business Rescue asks for money or account access, don't respond. Forward it to hello@aiventureholdings.com.
