AI Business Rescue is sponsored by AI Venture Holdings LLC, 7720 S Main St, Midvale, UT 84047 (“Sponsor”).

Open to US-based small businesses (1–50 employees) with at least 12 months of operating history and demonstrable revenue. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to enter on behalf of the business.

Employees, officers, and directors of AI Venture Holdings LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Applications open on the date the contest is publicly announced and close on July 15, 2026. The winner will be announced on or about August 1, 2026. The 60-day deployment begins approximately August 15, 2026.

The Grand Prize winner receives up to $50,000 (USD) in AI agency services, delivered over a 60-day deployment period with up to 12 months of post-deployment support. Services may include but are not limited to: AI workflow automation, custom integrations, analytics dashboards, process optimization, staff training, and ongoing maintenance.

Prize is non-transferable and has no cash-redemption value. Services are scoped by mutual agreement between Sponsor and winner.

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $50,000. Winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the fair market value of services received. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner must consent to being filmed by JRoc and crew during the 60-day deployment window. Footage will be produced and published on YouTube and potentially other media channels. A separate release form will be provided prior to the start of filming.

Winner retains ownership of their business IP. Sponsor retains rights to all footage and editorial content produced during filming.

Each applicant receives a unique referral link. If a referred business wins the Grand Prize, the referrer (individual or business entity, at referrer’s election) receives $25,000 in AI services. Referral services are scoped to the referrer’s own business and are not transferable for cash.

Only single-hop attribution applies. If A refers B and B refers C, and C wins, only B receives the referral bonus.

Applications are scored by AI (Anthropic Claude) across four dimensions: urgency of need, AI-readiness, potential business impact, and application authenticity. Top-scoring applications are reviewed personally by Mike Morgan, Founder & CEO. The final selection is at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Application data is stored securely via Supabase with row-level security. Data is used solely for contest administration, scoring, and communication. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time for any reason. By entering, applicants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, YouTube, or any social media platform.
