Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using aibusinessrescue.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by AI Venture Holdings LLC (“AIVH,” “we,” “us”).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to submit an application. By applying, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business entity named in your application.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Site to learn about the AI Business Rescue contest, submit an application, check your application status, and share your referral link. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Submit multiple applications for the same business
- Attempt to manipulate the scoring system or referral attribution
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or interfere with the Site
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of AI Venture Holdings LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your application content remains your intellectual property. However, by submitting an application, you grant AIVH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your application data for contest administration, scoring, and (if you win) content production related to the filmed deployment.
5. Contest Rules
The AI Business Rescue contest is governed by the Official Rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules, the Official Rules prevail with respect to the contest.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and contest are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AIVH does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI scoring results are advisory and do not constitute a commitment to select any particular applicant.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIVH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the contest. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Venture Holdings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your application, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
