AI Venture Holdings LLC (“AIVH,” “we,” “us”) operates the AI Business Rescue contest and website at aibusinessrescue.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide: When you apply, we collect your name, email address, business name, website URL, industry, employee count, revenue range, and your written application responses.
Automatically collected: We collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL. We use PostHog for product analytics and Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection.
Enrichment data: We may use third-party services (Hunter.io, Apollo.io) to verify business email addresses and enrich publicly available company data from your website.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Evaluate your contest application
- Score applications using AI (Anthropic Claude)
- Communicate with you about your application status and the contest
- Track referral attribution for the referral bonus program
- Improve the application experience through analytics
- Produce content related to the contest (winner announcement, filming)
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), PostHog (analytics), Cloudflare (security), Anthropic (AI scoring)
- Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- Contest filming: If you win, limited business information may be shared publicly as part of the filmed deployment process
5. Data Security
Application data is stored in Supabase with row-level security (RLS) enabled. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to application data is restricted to authorized administrators via Supabase Auth with email allowlisting.
6. Data Retention
We retain application data for the duration of the contest and up to 24 months after the winner announcement for administrative and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw from the contest at any time

9. Children’s Privacy
AI Business Rescue is intended for business owners aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
