Every applicant gets a personalized AI blueprint inside Rescue HQ. It's a starting plan for putting AI and automation to work in your business, built from what you told us in your application.
How it's made
Your blueprint is generated from your application answers: your industry, your size, how urgent things are, the business activities you said take up your time, and the problems you described in your own words. In most cases it's written with AI (Anthropic's Claude) and checked against our industry playbooks. If the AI step isn't available, you get a version built directly from the playbook for your industry.
Either way, it's specific to the answers you gave. The more specific your application, the more specific your blueprint.
How to read it
The headline and summary
One or two sentences on where AI can help most, followed by a short summary. Read this first. If it doesn't sound like your business, your application may have been too general, and the rest of the plan will be too.
Your priorities
Your pains, in your words, each matched to a fix. This is the heart of the blueprint. Look for the one that, if solved, would take the most pressure off you this month.
Phases
A rough order of operations. Early phases go after things that are quick to set up and show results fast. Later phases build on that foundation. The timeframes are typical estimates, not promises.
Quick wins
Things you can do this week, often without buying anything. Pick one and do it. Small wins build the habits that bigger projects need.
KPIs
The numbers worth watching once something is running, like missed calls, response time, or days to get paid. If you don't measure them today, start now so you have a before picture. How to Measure AI ROI walks through the method.
What your blueprint is not
- It is not a quote or a contract. It's educational. It doesn't commit you or us to any work.
- It is not a judging result. Getting a blueprint doesn't mean you've been shortlisted, and its contents don't tell you how your application scored.
- It is not professional advice. It isn't legal, tax, financial, or HR advice. Check anything in those areas with a qualified professional.
- It is not a guarantee. Results depend on your business, your data, and how the work is carried out.
Getting the most out of it
- Read it once straight through.
- Circle the one priority that matters most right now.
- Pick one quick win and finish it this week.
- Start tracking one KPI.
- Bring your questions to monthly office hours or Rescue Live (see Joining the Community).
Something looks wrong?
If your blueprint misreads your business, it usually means the application didn't give enough detail on that point. Email hello@aiventureholdings.com and tell us what's off. Corrections help us understand your business; they don't change how scoring works under the Official Rules.
