Prize Details

What the Grand Prize includes under the Official Rules: up to $50,000 in AI agency services over a 60-day deployment, plus up to 12 months of support.

This article explains Sections 4 and 5 of the Official Rules. The rules are the final word.

The Grand Prize

One winner receives up to $50,000 (USD) in AI agency services, delivered over a 60-day deployment period, with up to 12 months of post-deployment support.

Services may include, but aren't limited to:

  • AI workflow automation
  • Custom integrations between the tools you already use
  • Analytics dashboards
  • Process optimization
  • Staff training
  • Ongoing maintenance

How the work is scoped

The rules say services are scoped by mutual agreement between the Sponsor and the winner. In practice, that means we sit down together, look at where the business is losing time and money, and agree on what gets built. Your application and your AI blueprint are a starting point for that conversation, not a fixed plan.

What the prize is not

  • It isn't cash. The prize has no cash-redemption value.
  • It isn't transferable. It's for the winning business.
  • It doesn't cost anything. No payment, no equity, no recurring fees, as our FAQ says. There's no upsell or retainer pitch at the end, and after the support window you're free to leave or hire us. Your call.

Taxes

The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $50,000. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the fair market value of services received, and is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Talk to your tax professional about what that means for your business.

The one condition

As a condition of receiving the prize, the winner must consent to being filmed by JRoc and crew during the 60-day deployment. See Being on the Show.

The referral bonus

Separately, if a business you referred wins the Grand Prize, you can receive $25,000 in AI services. See How Referrals Work and Referral Program Terms.

No guarantees

We'll do the work professionally and in good faith, but no one can promise a specific business result. Outcomes depend on your business, your market, and how the systems are used after they're built.
