Sell more without answering "where's my order?" all day.

Retail and e-commerce owners juggle customer questions, inventory, product listings, marketing and fulfillment, often across a storefront and several online channels at once. AI can answer routine customer questions, watch stock levels, write product content, and keep customers coming back, so you can focus on buying, merchandising and growth.

What we fix first

Customer support that answers itself

The problem: Order status, returns, sizing and shipping questions flood email, chat and DMs.

The fix: A chat and email assistant answers from your policies and live order data, handles returns within your rules, and hands complex issues to a person with the full context.

What changes: Faster answers for shoppers and far fewer repetitive tickets for your team.

Inventory that warns you before it's a problem

The problem: Stockouts on best-sellers and overstock on slow items tie up cash.

The fix: Stock is tracked across channels, reorder alerts are based on sales pace and supplier lead times, and purchase orders are drafted for approval.

What changes: Fewer stockouts on the items that matter and less cash tied up in dead stock.

Product content and social posts at scale

The problem: New products wait for descriptions, and social channels go quiet for weeks.

The fix: AI drafts product descriptions, titles and image alt text in your brand voice, and turns new arrivals and promotions into a ready-to-approve social calendar.

What changes: Products go live faster and your channels stay active without a full-time content person.

Email and text marketing that runs every week

The problem: The customer list goes untouched except for a few holiday blasts.

The fix: Segmented campaigns go out on autopilot: welcome series, abandoned cart, back-in-stock, win-back and seasonal promotions.

What changes: More repeat purchases from customers you already paid to acquire.

Orders, returns and books in sync

The problem: Orders, refunds and marketplace payouts are reconciled by hand.

The fix: Order data flows to your books automatically, payouts are matched, and a weekly dashboard shows sales, margin and top products by channel.

What changes: Cleaner books and a clear weekly view of what's selling and what's profitable.

Do this week

  1. Add a clear order-tracking link and returns policy to your order confirmation email and website footer.
  2. List your top 20 products and their current stock, and set a minimum level for each that triggers a reorder.
  3. Turn on the abandoned-cart email in your e-commerce platform if it isn't already.
  4. Write a single FAQ page that answers your ten most common customer questions.
  5. Email your customer list this week with something useful: a new arrival, a how-to, or a restock.

Questions owners ask

Does this work with Shopify, WooCommerce or Amazon?

Most major e-commerce platforms and marketplaces can be connected for orders and inventory. We confirm your exact setup during scoping.

Can the AI process refunds?

It can start returns and refunds within the rules you set, such as order age, item condition and amount limits. Anything outside those rules goes to a person.

Will AI-written product descriptions sound generic?

Not if it's set up right. We train it on your best existing copy and brand voice, and you approve content before it goes live.

We have a physical store too. Does this still apply?

Yes. Inventory sync, customer messaging, reviews and email marketing all work for brick-and-mortar shops, with or without a website.
